Hershey Destination Services (HDS) has extensive knowledge of the area’s distinctive venues and restaurants. From planning a welcome reception and elegant awards dinner or reserving an off-site venue such as a museum or sports stadium, HDS will be able to consult and direct you to the best fitting location for your group and event.

HDS works to uncover a group’s personality and in turn, create an event that is both original and memorable. Working in tandem with your Convention Services Manager we can create, design, and implement the details of your program. Along the way, we’ll provide guidance on room design, floral, linens, transportation, entertainment, as well as some sweet ideas of our own.
